Ricaldone, 4th October 2018. On 28, 29 and 30 September, despite bad weather conditions, the installation of two new DMS containers in Norway was successfully completed.
The DMS columns more than 100 m long, installed by special container reeler in uncased boreholes, have been specifically designed and manufactured by C.S.G. on behalf of NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) to increase the monitoring of pore pressures and stability conditions of the Åknes rockslide.
